About National Bank of Pakistan (NBP)

Vacant Positions — Post-Wise Details

Three separate officer roles are open in the digital banking function, each with its own skill focus. Eligibility Criteria — Who Can Apply

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised university in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business, Finance or a related field (post-specific)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience for these officer roles
• BI ETL Development: hands-on experience with ETL tools and SQL
• Strategy Design: experience in strategy, business planning or product design
• Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred for some posts, as stated in the advertisement
• Willing to be posted in Karachi, Lahore or another major city as required by the bank (as per the advertised posting locations)

Education for these roles is field-specific. The minimum is a Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognised university in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business, Finance or a closely related field, with the exact acceptable fields fixed per post in the advertisement. A degree in an unrelated subject is unlikely to pass screening even with strong experience, because the consultants shortlist strictly against the advertised fields. A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred for some posts, as stated in the advertisement.
